Joe did an excellent job, as did the rest of your sales team. While we were assisted by many throughout our purchase, it was Joe that made the sale happen. For someone so early in his sales career, he carried himself like a seasoned vet. His technical knowledge sealed the deal, and he made our first visit, and test drive memorable. We have never purchased, nor have we ever considered a VW product in the past. I have many friends in town that sell cars for a living, and I bought from a complete stranger. I consider myself very loyal, so that fact says a lot about our experience.

Randy knew his product line very well and he gave us his best introduction to the CX – 5 that was possible.
He spent the proper amount of time with us in regards to showing us the features and highlights of our new vehicle. In addition to showing us the features important to us, he assured us that we could add features that were important to us that were not included in the trim package chosen (touring edition) – we’re having a tow package, Navy system, and remote starter added – probably next week when my wife has a day off work to get the CX – 5 in to the shop.
He introduced us to the service team and gave us a quick tour of the department – even showing us a CX – 5 that just had a tow package installed.
My wife Diane and I are looking forward to driving our new CX – 5 – it’s what we were looking for in regards to price, features, appearance, and gas mileage!

I have only wonderful things to say about Randy, the rest of the team members at Eich Motors, and about my experience overall. Randy was very helpful, informative, and not at all pushy as people often fear car salesmen will be. Beth was also very friendly and helped me with a test drive while Randy was with another customer. Randy answered all of my questions and was very informative about the Camry. The finance team was also very helpful, patient with all of my calls and questions, and made the financing process simpler and quicker than I ever thought it could have been. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Eich Motors and would recommend it to others!

Dan, I was wondering if you were really serious about the car washes. So, I just bring it to you if you are working and you will run it through the car wash...is that it?
I have to tell you that it was probably the most non-stressful car buying experience I have had. Part of it I'm sure comes with age :) I suppose, but thanks for your part in my experience. That was the first time I had ever stepped foot into Eich Motors and well, the experience was good.

Not only did Randy succeed, he surpassed what we know from him to be good, honest, reliable and informative. My mother has trusted Randy from the previous purchases of a Mazda and an a warranty. Randy even offered to pick up Mom's car if there was anything we needed - and in the past has personally visited my Mother in her home to help with the extended warranty. Not only is this important to my Mother, but it is important to me and my two siblings, and we felt better that she was working with Randy. My Mothers own words were "I know Randy will help me make a good decision" - and he did.
My Mother also would like to note that she appreciated Sally's thorough and easy process on the options not only for the extended warranty, but also for the loan.

Randy did a great job. We have worked with him for about 20 years, first when he was selling Mazdas in Hutchinson, and now for three vehicles while he is at Eich. We trust Randy and he has rewarded us by giving us great personal service and providing us with the right car at the right time - both new and used vehicles.
And more than that, Randy goes above and beyond. He found several options for us this time and emailed them to us - then he met with us a week ago and stayed well past closing time - then he worked with our crazy schedule to provide the trade in of our old vehicle and pick up of the Mazda 6.
We feel very comfortable with the information Randy provided to us - trust that he told us what he sold us (especially with a used car) - and enjoy being with him. We cannot say enough positive things about our continuing experience with Randy and we expect to be back to work with him again in the future.

Randy was awesome. I had a not so great experience with another Mazda dealer earlier in the day.. That night, I called Eich and spoke with Randy. He went out of his way to find me the perfect car at the perfect price and interest rate!! And, he didn't mind when I texted him at 6am the next day with questions. He responded immediately. He explained the Mazda features well and helped me set up my bluetooth. He was also very efficient, which I appreciate, because no one wants to sit at a car dealership for 3 hours!
I was so excited to get there (I live in Plymouth, MN). When I did, the car was in the showroom with a giant bow on the top. It was the greatest finishing touch, and I LOVED it! The doors opened and I got to drive it out. The experience was priceless.
And, he did introduce me to the service team. One guy took some time to chat with us, and he was great. Even though I live in the Twin Cities, if anyone ever asks me about a car or where to get one, I will definitely recommend Eich.
